By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only — paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence wherever the two conflict.

The Stack Hub provides AI and machine learning engineering, LLM and GenAI application development, data engineering and analytics, and web, mobile, and cloud product development. Everything described on this site is a general description of those services, not an offer or a guarantee of a particular outcome.

The text, design, code, and marks on this website belong to us. Please do not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Work produced under a client engagement is different: ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the engagement agreement, and our default position is that you own the code and the models we build for you. Pre-existing tools and open-source components remain under their own licences.

When using this website, please do not:

• Use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Interfere with its operation or place a disproportionate load on it.
• Scrape or harvest content by automated means without permission.
• Submit false information or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Anything we tell you before a contract is signed — including timelines, indicative pricing, and technical opinions — is an estimate given in good faith on the information available. It is not a binding commitment until it appears in a signed agreement.

This site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption — arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from paid work is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
