Privacy Policy

The Stack Hub is an AI/ML, data, and software engineering studio based in Pune, India. This policy covers this website and our communications with clients and prospective partners. Work delivered under a signed contract is additionally governed by that contract and by any data processing agreement attached to it, which takes precedence where the two differ.

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run an engagement:

• Contact details you submit through the contact form — name, email, subject, and message.
• Business context you choose to share during a consultation, such as company, industry, and project requirements.
• Correspondence: the emails and messages you send us, retained so we can pick up a thread later.
• Basic technical data attached to a form submission, including the IP address used for rate limiting.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver, support, and maintain work you have engaged us for.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.
• To protect the site from abuse, including rate limiting form submissions.

We do not send marketing sequences or newsletters. If you contact us, you will hear from a person about your enquiry and nothing else.

Where a project requires access to your systems or datasets, we work inside your accounts wherever practical. Data you own remains yours; we act as a processor on your instructions. We do not use client data to train models for anyone else, and we do not send it to third-party services without your written agreement.

Contact form submissions are stored in a managed SQLite database (Turso) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both are third-party processors bound by their own terms and by our agreements with them. Access on our side is limited to the people who need it.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a contract are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain them, and then deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it.

The site is served over HTTPS with a restrictive content security policy and standard hardening headers. Form input is validated and rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
